Lead time for delivery
Lead time for delivery is different for every ensemble and is stated on the product page of the ensemble you are ordering. Please check this before placing your order.
Lead time is considered from the date you make payment and if you are required to visit us, then from the date that you visit us or if you are required to provide measurements, then from the date that you provide accurate measurements.
Shipping services used
We will be using Royal Mail for all shipping in the UK. Shipping service used will be 2nd Class Recorded. You will be required to sign for your parcel upon delivery.
We will be using various parcel services in India. You will be required to sign for your parcel upon delivery.
We will be using DPD or a similar courier company (depending on delivery location) for all shipping outside the UK and India. You will be required to sign for your parcel upon delivery.
When ordering your ensemble from outside the UK or India, the courier company may charge you shipping, duty and import taxes. We would advise that you contact us to confirm these charges before placing your order, as it is your responsibility to pay these charges. Contact us us on +44 7944 880 114.
When we dispatch your parcel
We will notify you (via email from email@example.com) when your ensemble(s) have been dispatched. You will be provided with your tracking number, where your parcel can be tracked on: Royal Mail Track and Trace or the courier company we will use for delivery
