OPTION 1
STEPS TO ORDER:
1. Select the following on the product page of the ensemble you want to order:
a) 'Made to Measure / Bespoke - Visit Store' under the 'Size' drop down menu option.
b) 'Visiting Store - So Not Applicable' under the 'Cups' drop down menu option.
c) 'Visiting Store - So Not Applicable' under the 'Bespoke Colour' drop down menu option.
d) 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG'
2. Make payment.
3. Call us on +44 7944 880 114 (UK) or +91 98181 99604 (India) to book your appointment. When you call to book your appointment, you will need to provide your full name and order number (which you will be given at checkout once you have made payment).
4. During your appointment; We will take your measurements based on the cut and style you would like. You are also able to customise the colour of your ensemble based on the colours from our SS Bespoke Colour Chart (shown on the product page of the ensemble you are ordering) and the colour chart we have in store.
5. We will contact you via telephone when your ensemble is ready for your fitting. If any alterations are required, we will need up to 10 days to do the alterations and can take multiple fittings. We cover the costs of alterations if alterations are required with this purchase option.
Please Note: You are required to book and attend your appointment within 30 days of placing your order (making payment) online. This will of course be extended if we are in a lock down phase (due to Covid) in the UK or India.
Any embroidered top lengths longer than 18'' will be charged as an additional amount when you visit us in store.

OPTION 2
'Made to Measure / Bespoke - Providing Measurements'
Order online and customise your colour (by choosing from our SS Bespoke Colour Chart - shown on the product page of the ensemble you are ordering) and provide us with measurements by filling out our Measurement Form (shown below).
STEPS TO ORDER:
1. Select the following on the product page of the ensemble you want to order:
a) 'Made to Measure / Bespoke - Providing Measurements' under the 'Size' drop down menu option.
b) 'Providing Measurements - So Not Applicable' under the 'Cups' drop down menu option.
c) 'Providing Measurements - So Not Applicable' under the 'Bespoke Colour' drop down menu option.
d) 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG'
2. Make payment.
3. Provide us with your measurements and colour from the Bespoke colour chart, by completing the relevant Measurement Form (shown below) and submit to us. The Measurement Form you fill must be relevant to the style (Lehenga, Anarkali or Kameez) of ensemble you are ordering - exactly as the model is wearing on the product page (including the same neckline shape and sleeve length).
To help you take measurements, we have provided a 'Measurements Explained' guide below on how to position the measuring tape when taking measurements and an explanation how to do this in more detail.
4. We will send you an email confirming that we have received your order and let you know (via email) when your ensemble is on its way to you.
Please Note: You are required to provide us with your measurements within 30 days of placing your order (making payment) online.

Please note: If there are any issues with the measurements you have provided, we will notify you via email (within 7 working days of you sending us your measurements). Please note that this may delay the delivery of your ensemble to you. So please ensure that you take and check your measurements carefully before submitting them to us.
We do not cover the cost of alterations with this option, if they are required. If you would prefer for us to take your measurements for you (where we will cover the costs of alterations, if they are required), then please opt for OPTION 2, where you can visit us in store after purchasing your ensemble online.

SS BESPOKE COLOUR CHART
Shenena Sethi, is very particular about the colours that she wears when wearing Indian inspired ensembles and has created a SS Bespoke Colour Chart, which resonates the most, with her, her designs and her brand.
It is these colours that you are able to choose from, when you are ordering your
bespoke ensemble(s) online from any of the 'Made to Measure / Bespoke' and 'Bespoke Colour' purchase options.
(Please see the product page of the ensemble you would like to order to see which colour options are available, as some fabrics cannot be dyed in some colours)

DISCLAIMER:
Product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor setting.
When choosing a colour from the colour chart, please consider that all of our ensembles are made to order and hand dyed, which means that the colour will vary ever so slightly each time it is dyed. Ordering with us knowing this, is you accepting up to a 20% difference in colour from what is shown on our SS Bespoke Colour Chart image above and our ensembles on our product pages. We will of course always endeavour to create your ensemble to the closest match shown on the chart and product pages.
