Off-the-rack Indian clothing rarely fits the way it should. Sleeves too long, waists too loose, lengths that need altering — the compromises are endless. Our made-to-measure service eliminates all of that. Every lehenga, kameez set, anarkali and saree we create is cut and stitched to your unique body measurements, so it fits you flawlessly from the moment you put it on.
Based in the UK and designed by Shenena herself, each piece is handcrafted by our team of 25 skilled artisans — hand embroiderers, machine embroiderers, tailors and pattern cutters — in our own atelier in Delhi. This is a personal service, from a designer who will only create designs she would wear herself.

Choose Your Design 5 Minutes
Browse our collection and fall in love with a design. Add it to your cart and use the "Add a note to your cart" section to tell us your preferred colour. Once your order is placed, we begin sourcing your fabric specifically for you — every piece is made to order, so we do not hold stock. This means we cannot accept changes or cancellations after ordering.

Book Your Video Consultation 30 Minutes
After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email with a Calendly link to book your one-to-one video call with one of our stylists. During this call, we will guide you through taking your measurements at home and discuss your preferred neckline and sleeve length. This is your time to ask any questions and make sure everything is perfect.

We Handcraft Your Outfit 2–5 Weeks
Your garment is now in the hands of our master craftspeople at our Delhi atelier. Your outfit is cut, embroidered and tailored using your exact measurements. From hand embroidery to machine work, every detail is finished with care. Shenena personally oversees quality on every piece before it leaves the atelier.

Delivered to Your Door Up to 6 Weeks Total
Your finished outfit is dispatched via Royal Mail with full tracking. We offer free UK shipping on orders over £300 — which covers most of our collection. Your outfit arrives beautifully packaged and ready to wear.

How do I take my measurements?
You do not need to measure yourself beforehand. Our stylist will walk you through every measurement step by step during your 30-minute video consultation. All you need is a soft tape measure and a quiet space. We will do the rest.
What if I am between sizes or have a unique fit requirement?
That is exactly why we offer made-to-measure rather than standard sizing. Whether you need extra room in the bust, a shorter torso, longer sleeves or any other adjustment — your outfit is built around your body, not a template. There are no sizes to worry about.
Can I change the colour of a design?
Many of our designs are available in alternative colours. If a product listing says colour options are available, you can specify your preferred colour when adding to cart. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will let you know what is possible.
How long does the whole process take?
From your measurement video call to delivery, the total time is up to 6 weeks. This includes 2 to 5 weeks of crafting in our Delhi atelier, plus shipping time. We recommend ordering at least 8 weeks before your event to allow for any unforeseen delays.
Can I cancel or make changes after ordering?
Because we source fabric specifically for your order and begin production promptly, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes once an order is placed. Please make sure you are happy with your design and colour choice before completing your purchase.
What if the outfit does not fit when it arrives?
Because every garment is made to your exact measurements, fit issues are extremely rare. However, if something is not quite right, please contact us immediately at support@shenenasethi.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £300. For international orders, please contact us at support@shenenasethi.com for shipping rates and delivery timescales.
