How it works

1. 1. Request to Rent - Submit the form with the outfit name, delivery date, and return date.
   
   
2. 2. Confirmation & Payment - We'll confirm availability within 24 hours and send an invoice. Full payment via bank transfer secures your rental.
   
   
3. 3. Delivery - Your outfit is sent via Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day to arrive on your chosen date.
   
   
4. 4. Return - Repack the outfit using the prepaid bag and drop it at your local Post Office. Keep your tracking receipt.
   
   
5. 5. Refund - After return and quality check, we refund the difference between the holding amount you paid on invoice and the agreed rental price.
