Your Made-to-Measure Journey

1. ✅ Order & Commitment
State your design name and colour during the add to cart process by using the "Add a note to your cart" section. Once your order is placed, we begin sourcing your fabric specifically for you, so changes and cancellations are not possible.

2. 📞 Personal Measurement Call (30 mins)
You'll receive a confirmation email with a Calendly link to book your video call where one of our stylists will take your measurements. This is when you'll be able to specify your neckline and sleeve length.

3. 🧵Crafting Your Outfit (2-5 weeks)
Your garment is handcrafted by our master tailors using your measurements.

4. 📦 Shipping & Delivery (Final week)
Your finished outfit is dispatched via Royal Mail with full tracking. Total delivery time is up to 6 weeks from your measurement call.
