Your rent our outfit journey
1. Place Your Rental Request
Click “Request to Rent” and complete the form with:
- The outfit name
- The date you’d like to receive the outfit

The date you’ll post it back to us
2. Booking Review & Payment
We’ll review your request within 24 hours.
If the outfit is available for your chosen dates, we’ll confirm your booking and send you an invoice which will reflect the full retail made-to-measure price of this outfit.
- Payment must be made within 24 hours to secure your rental
- Full payment is taken upfront via bank transfer

This payment acts as a holding deposit for the duration of your rental. The difference between the rental price and made-to-measure retail price will be refunded to you when you return the outfit.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Your outfit will be sent via Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery, so it arrives on the date you requested.
4. Returning Your Outfit
After wearing the outfit:
- Fold and package it carefully
- Use the prepaid return parcel bag included in your order
- Drop it off at your nearest Post Office
Please keep your postage receipt and tracking number until we’ve confirmed safe return.
5. Quality Check & Refund
Once we receive your outfit, we’ll carry out a quality check to ensure it’s returned in its original condition. Please see terms and conditions for details on refunds when the outfit is not sent back as per its original condition.
If the outfit is returned in it's original condition, we’ll refund the difference between the amount you paid, as shown on your invoice and the agreed rental price.
