When selecting a colour from our colour charts, please note that all of our ensembles are made to order and hand-dyed. As a result, slight variations in colour may occur with each dye batch. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that there may be up to a 20% variation in colour compared to what is displayed on our colour chart and product images. Rest assured, we always take great care to achieve the closest possible match to the colours shown.

All Shenena Sethi ensembles are made to order and are therefore non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. As measurements are provided via video consultation rather than taken in person by our team, we are unable to offer in-house alterations. 

Any adjustments required after delivery will be the client's responsibility and at their own cost.
